I implemented QA frameworks and defect tracking that reduced error rates by over 25%, using root-cause analysis, corrective actions, quality dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma methods to strengthen audit outcomes and SLA/KPI adherence. More recently, I've supported RWS AI and machine-learning workflows through structured data annotation, speech and voice evaluation, model-output review, error categorisation, and evidence-based feedback for dataset improvement.
