About

I've supported Bell Canada customer service operations, handling 30+ inbound and outbound calls daily in English and French, documenting requests, resolving technical concerns, and coordinating with internal teams. Across Norwegian Refugee Council, Solidarités International, World Vision, and Shapoorji Pallonji, I've managed schedules, stakeholder communication, beneficiary records, reporting, files, data quality, and operational follow-up. I bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, KoboToolbox, ODK, Microsoft Project, and specialized databases, supported by Office Administration training at Algonquin College.
