At GHT HEALTHCARE NIG LTD, I supported two senior stakeholders and 500+ clients while handling 2,000+ administrative and operational tasks. I digitized and organized 500+ records, contributing to reported time savings and more accurate recordkeeping. As Customer / Client Support Manager at KEDI HEALTHCARE INDUSTRIES NIGERIA LIMITED, I supported 2,000+ customers through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
