About
I've led infrastructure, DevOps, and IT service delivery work for Diginergy, PT. Borneo Indobara, CIMB Niaga Bank, and Danamon Bank.
At PT. Borneo Indobara, I improved Fleet Management System database performance and backup reliability, deployed reverse proxy architecture, containerized production environments with Docker, and migrated legacy SQL data to MariaDB with zero data loss.
At CIMB Niaga Bank, I led a Windows 10 rollout and installation program for more than 3,000 users across Greater Jakarta while managing project lifecycles, resources, and delivery risks. I also supported nationwide IT service delivery, helpdesk operations, SLA improvement, and DRP/BCP planning at Danamon Bank.
My foundation spans Linux, Windows Server, databases, networking, automation, and enterprise solution design. I'm also building HRIS and AI-driven workflow tools, expanding my Python and AI automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
