Muhammed Nafiu

Technical Support, QA, and Remote Operations Specialist with a Computer Science foundation and IT troubleshooting experience. Skilled in root-cause software diagnosis, Windows systems administration, bug reproduction, API validation, and CRM operations. 24/7 solar backup and redundant fiber internet ensure 100% remote uptime. At VeeTech Studio, I direct technical operations, quality assurance, and workflow automation. My daily focus is on root-cause software troubleshooting, manual bug reproduction, API/webhook data validation, and maintaining clean CRM databases. I bridge technical systems and human operators by enforcing strict quality gates and documenting clear, step-by-step resolution paths for engineering teams. My technical foundation began with an academic Computer Science diploma (2017) and years of hands-on Windows systems administration and independent IT support. I developed a reputation for methodical problem-solving, command-line diagnostics (CMD/PowerShell), and manual malware remediation without reliance on automated tools. I operate from a dedicated private home workspace in Abuja, Nigeria, powered by a 24/7 solar inverter backup system and dual redundant fiber internet, guaranteeing 100% remote availability across US, UK, and European business hours.
