At Populus Empowerment Network, I turn leadership priorities into delivery plans with clear owners, milestones and tracking across 5 to 7 concurrent programs. I built and led a distributed field team of 80+ and owned its annual operations plan from 2021 to 2024. I led an audit of a 400+ unit distribution network whose findings contributed to a doorstep delivery program for 2.1 million+ beneficiaries. At I-PAC, I worked with the product team to take a digital membership platform from concept to 2.5 million+ members, and earlier at BYJU'S I generated Rs.1 crore+ in individual B2C revenue.
