I’ve spent the past three years as the bridge between business objectives and the real needs of the people using the product. I focus on understanding users deeply, translating those insights into thoughtful design, and making the final experience feel seamless on both web and mobile. In my most recent role, I led the full design lifecycle across client projects—from discovery and wireframing through to production-ready delivery. I designed user interfaces and digital products in Figma and UX Pilot, and I built and maintained client websites on WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin management, Elementor builds, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance. I also bring brand and growth thinking to the work: I created brand identities, logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines, and I developed and executed SEO strategies using keyword research, technical audits, content mapping, and link building—tracking results with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. I enjoy validating ideas with prototypes and testing concepts before development begins, and I’ve even designed and implemented AI automation solutions and agentic AI systems to help clients streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
