At Efficacious Aromatics, I planned cultivation strategy and production schedules for a 10,000 sq ft mixed-light permitted canopy. I maintained California METRC labeling, tagging, and traceability compliance with no violations or failed audits. I led, trained, and delegated work for a crew of 4–15 through the full plant life cycle, from propagation to harvest. I also designed and applied nutrient, irrigation, and integrated pest management programs. At Taglia Tool, I rebuilt the company website and created standard operating procedures for order fulfillment. I also managed customer service, fulfillment, social media, marketing, and distributor relationships, and produced product photography in-house.
