I’m looking for remote recruitment and talent sourcing roles (recruiter, sourcer, recruitment coordinator) where I can run the funnel end to end and be judged on the quality of my work. I’m also open to admin and customer support roles that value accuracy and clear communication. I’m a remote recruiter and talent sourcer based in Indonesia (UTC+7). I source, screen and track candidates for international teams across North America, Europe and Central America, using Boolean search, LinkedIn and Workable, and I report pipeline status every week. In a cross-border sourcing project I filtered hundreds of profiles down to 31 tracked candidates from 9 countries. 26 passed initial qualification and 2 were hired. Before recruiting, I worked in school administration and as a remote administrative virtual assistant, keeping 200+ student records accurate, building Google Sheets trackers and handling parent and student inquiries.
