I’m looking for a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office role - a front-row seat in the CXO office. At Ultrahuman I run the Biosensors business line (15% MoM growth, new markets), led UAE GTM (2x YoY bookings) and the business team’s AI arm. I build AI agents and workflows that cut our marketing review cycle from a week to minutes. India-based, open to remote roles. At Ultrahuman, I own the global Biosensors product line, with responsibility for its roadmap, pricing, supply chain, and go-to-market execution. Since May, I’ve driven 15% month-on-month growth and improved margins by 30% through sourcing changes. I spearheaded the US launch in partnership with Abbott, scaling monthly revenue to $50K, and grew the India business 2x by repositioning the product and opening new distribution channels. I also led an app and UI/UX overhaul that increased activations by 30% and moved NPS from +15 to +40. Earlier at Ultrahuman, I used Gumloop agentic AI to improve product ratings from 2.4 to 4.6 and built tools that shortened marketing reviews and provided real-time sales visibility across 70 stores. I also led a 25-person sales team and expanded into six markets. At HighRadius, I worked on global go-to-market strategy for agentic AI workflows, enterprise pilots, and an AI-led performance evaluation system for 4,000 employees. Before that, at Indus Insights, I advised financial services clients on credit-card go-to-market and portfolio analytics, including an acquisition playbook that increased account acquisitions by 36%.
