I've led end-to-end manual testing for mobile, OTT streaming, and web applications at CYMPL Studios and Reliance Games, helping ship 13 Android and iOS titles.
At CYMPL Studios, I led QA for Big Flix and the corporate website, covering functional, regression, system, integration, cross-browser, playback, and cross-device testing. I also managed junior and outsourced testers, ran bug triage, maintained traceability matrices, and signed off releases against quality standards.
I've partnered closely with developers, designers, and producers to diagnose backend SDK issues, prioritize defects, and keep releases on schedule. I'm currently building API testing skills with Postman and exploring Generative AI tools to improve test scenario generation and QA documentation.
