I’m a Performance and Learning Manager with 10 years of experience driving organizational success through performance management, organizational structuring, and talent development. I also created evidence-based promotion pathways using a transparent grid, strengthened skills-gap analysis, and increased competency proficiency and promotion rates from 16% to 54% within one year. I lead Learning & Development end-to-end by conducting training needs analysis through job analysis, employee surveys, performance appraisals, and line-manager consultation—then turning insights into structured monthly programs that improve mentorship, conflict management, underperformance resolution, and retention. I also design organizational structures that clarify reporting lines and spans of control, and I use performance data to identify trends, spot high-potential employees for transition into higher roles, and implement development plans for low performers. Previously, as an HR/Operations Manager at Murty International, I spearheaded performance management systems, standardized recruitment and onboarding across branches, and built organizational structural plans and SOPs to enforce financial control.
