Oleksandr Bumbyk

I’m a Senior Android & Flutter Developer with 9+ years of experience shipping high-quality mobile applications across travel, loyalty, fintech, and consumer AI products. I work across the full mobile SDLC, and I’m comfortable delivering in both fast-moving startups and large enterprise teams. I’ve led native-to-Flutter migrations and cross-platform development while keeping quality high—mentoring 5+ junior developers and building feature-module architectures to make teams faster and codebases easier to maintain. At TUI, I contributed to 10+ apps and improved critical booking flows by replacing WebView-based navigation with a fully native implementation. Most recently, I shipped a consumer AI product from zero to 20k+ users in 6 months, owning end-to-end delivery of Chat, Gifts, Wishlists, and AI-powered Feed suggestions. I integrated Claude Code and agent-driven workflows into daily development to accelerate enterprise-scope feature delivery without slowing down execution. I also bring strong engineering discipline from testing and performance improvements to robust app architecture—moving codebases from RxJava to Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, modernizing UI with Jetpack Compose, and driving unit/UI test coverage. Whether it’s migrations, new product builds, or stabilization work like crash-rate reduction, I focus on shipping outcomes and sustainable architecture.
