I like figuring out what makes a product messy and making it feel simple to use.
At LH+P, I work across complex digital products and services, turning workflows and systems into clearer experiences. For FASS, I created one shared design system for Patient, Healthcare and Veterinary, giving two development teams a documented implementation reference.
At Bilia, I was the sole designer with overall design responsibility across its digital customer experience, building its first shared design system and designing and testing search, booking and checkout flows. I’ve also worked on commerce, SaaS, customer service and fintech products, including a Connectel redesign followed by lower average handling time and higher team availability. I use AI-assisted prototyping and development to move from ideas to working products while keeping product judgement central.
