At Medlink Students, I support recruitment activities, from job postings and candidate screening to interview scheduling and communication. I also assist with onboarding and organize employee files and HR documents.
I maintain attendance records, leave trackers, HR reports, and employee data, and support training activities and performance review administration. I help keep HR information accurate, promptly filed, and confidential.
Before Medlink Students, I supported education programs with organizations including ADRA, Save The Children, LOST, Ana Aqra, and War Child. My experience includes delivering training, tracking learner progress, preparing program reports, and supporting outreach; I also developed GIS-based spatial data projects using ArcGIS for my thesis.
