Previously at Westpac Group, I led the Tallyman 3.6 to PCC Collections migration from mobilisation through implementation, transition, and stabilisation. I also led delivery for the ID-HUB Digital Transformation, coordinating integration, migration, and readiness activities. Earlier, I supported institutional-banking cloud migration at Westpac Group and held QA and testing roles at Royal Bank of Scotland PLC and Aviva General Insurance. My delivery work includes change governance, release readiness, cutover planning, and operational transition.
