About
At Accenture, I reviewed digital content for the Spanish market, reported technical issues in detail, and followed platform policies and specific guidelines.
As a Military Firefighter in Espírito Santo, I review and draft official state government documents and helped develop and test two fire-inspection applications.
I've guided 5,000 stores remotely and 15,000 in person through business-license inspections while working with teams in stressful and dangerous situations.
I'm also a history educator and published fiction writer. At Anchieta Palace, I taught Espírito Santo history to more than 13,000 people, guided visitors in English and Spanish, and trained 29 new historical mediators.
