At Consilio, I deploy and configure Windows operating systems and software packages through Intune, and support hardware repairs.
I manage Active Directory and PowerShell for user accounts, create Exchange backups, and administer VMware vSphere and Horizon View virtual machines. I also resolve tickets in ServiceDesk.
Previously at XACT Data Discovery, I installed and troubleshot operating systems and software, managed Active Directory for FTP/SFTP and Exchange, and deployed virtual images with VMware vSphere.
At Modis / HP / Johnson Controls, I led team SLAs and escalations while troubleshooting hardware and network issues. I’m looking to contribute my IT experience in an AI-driven industry and learn to use artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and help teams coexist with automation.
