Roberta Dedoni

At Urban Asana Studio, I develop a yoga and movement project in Cagliari with the co-founder. My work spans studio operations, business development, and people-focused experiences. I conceptualize events, workshops, and experiential formats, including collaborations with local venues and businesses. I coordinate suppliers, teachers, schedules, logistics, bookings, and participant communications. I conceived and organized Lúmina Fest, a festival dedicated to well-being, movement, and connection that welcomed approximately 500 participants. For the 2025 and 2026 editions, I developed the concept and program and coordinated collaborators, partners, sponsors, and suppliers. Travel is a personal interest, and I’ve lived and worked in England, Australia, and India. I’m interested in opportunities beyond wellness, particularly in travel and hospitality, where I can apply my experience in entrepreneurship, organization, and experience management.
