About
I’m a Senior Tableau Developer & BI Analyst with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade dashboards, data visualisations, and self-service analytics across ed-tech and SaaS. I translate complex business requirements into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders, covering the full analytics stack—from ETL pipeline design and SQL data modelling to advanced Tableau development and Tableau Server administration.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end development of 20+ enterprise Tableau dashboards used daily by 300+ users, cutting manual reporting effort by 35%. I’ve architected scalable Tableau Server deployments with role-based row-level security, scheduled refreshes, and automated alerts (99.9% uptime SLA), while reducing dashboard load time from 8 seconds to under 2 seconds through extract tuning and filter optimisation.
