Roxanne Julien

I'm looking to lead project and production initiatives where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, improve workflows, anticipate risks, and help complex projects reach successful outcomes. I manage delivery across web, data, and game-production initiatives, keeping teams aligned on deadlines, budgets, risks, and communication. At Vortex solution, I ensured efficient information flow, deliverable planning, simultaneous project management, client communication, budget tracking, and proactive risk anticipation. At Desjardins, I managed deadlines and team workflows for the Plateforme de données mouvement, optimizing delivery processes, resolving blockers, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. At Ubisoft Montreal, I coordinated production for Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor, and Assassin’s Creed Mirage, overseeing planning, asset progression, tracking platforms, and cultural consultation workflows. I also bring QA and live-operations experience from The Division 2, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Mortal Kombat 11, with a focus on reliable releases and production continuity.
