At Infinite Insight, I write product requirements and user stories, review screens and workflows, and create wireframes, process flows, landing pages, and prototypes. I work with developers and QA to review features, test scenarios, report bugs, and check AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
On my AI Customer Support Copilot project, I built a working GenAI support copilot that uses customer intent, order information, and knowledge sources to suggest responses. I also designed human-review and escalation workflows and tested the responses for accuracy, relevance, and usability.
