Samukelisiwe Nobentungwa Mntambo

I've supported high-volume remote data operations at Telus Digital, reviewing and labeling large datasets using accurate tags and bounding boxes. I maintained 95%+ QA accuracy while consistently meeting daily KPIs, deadlines, and strict data-quality protocols. I used Labelbox and CVAT, flagged unclear or sensitive content for QA review, and collaborated with the QA team to improve processes. As an Electoral Officer with IEC South Africa, I coordinated voter flow, managed materials, verified IDs, captured data on VMD devices, and handled voter queries professionally under pressure. I'm equipped to support remote administrative work through calendar management, appointment setting, email management, data entry, documentation, customer coordination, and careful handling of confidential information. I have a reliable home office and am available for EST and PST hours.
