At MBRF | Banvit, I manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment across Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, partnering with hiring managers to align hiring profiles with business needs. In 2025, I delivered 58 white-collar hires while managing up to 17 concurrent vacancies. I use LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors for sourcing and recruitment tracking, and prepare headcount and recruitment performance reports to support workforce planning.
