I’m looking for a Product Manager role in e-commerce, FinTech or AI-led commerce where I can own a product end to end, from discovery and roadmap to launch and measurement. I’m keen to work on conversion, checkout, cross-sell and monetisation problems, and to build on my recent work in Agentic Commerce. I’m Shalini Dasgupta, a Product Manager based in Bengaluru with over seven years of experience across Banking, Insurance, FinTech and Telecom. I currently work at British Telecom (EE), where I own the Basket & Checkout product roadmap and lead conversion optimisation, from discovery and prioritisation through to launch. In just over a year, I’ve grown funnel conversion from 28% to 43%, launched Guest Checkout (now 10% of total orders at 55% funnel conversion), introduced “Add to Plan” (driving 20% of orders through bundled add-ons), and added postcode-based address autofill (23% boost in address section progression). I’m now working on insurance upsell and cross-sell journeys, and I lead discovery for the Core AI squad’s Agentic Commerce initiative, exploring how BT/EE products can surface on Google Gemini and ChatGPT. Before this, I worked at Headout as an Associate FinOps Manager, where I automated accounts payable approvals (15% faster processing), reconciled multi-currency transactions across 12+ jurisdictions with 99.8% accuracy, and cut vendor onboarding time from 8 days to 3. At Wipro, as a Business Analyst, I led a new online banking platform for 500,000+ customers across six cross-functional teams, delivered on time and 8% under budget. I also managed a portfolio management system deployment (20% less manual reporting) and led a Guidewire cloud migration (ClaimCenter and Financial Management) for a Tier-1 insurer, with zero data loss and 30% faster claims processing.
