SRISHTI BHATTACHARYA

I’m an IAM specialist with 3.5+ years delivering identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and access governance across enterprise environments. I bring hands-on operational expertise with One Identity Manager, SailPoint IdentityNow, Azure AD, and Active Directory to keep access both secure and usable. In my recent Senior Analyst role, I streamlined identity lifecycle operations across 15+ enterprise applications, achieving 95%+ SLA adherence through end-to-end provisioning and deprovisioning workflows in One Identity Manager and ServiceNow. I also delivered zero audit exceptions in quarterly access reviews by executing RBAC assessments and enforcing least-privilege controls across Azure AD and Active Directory. I’m equally strong in governance remediation—driving a 30% reduction in over-privileged accounts by identifying Segregation of Duties conflicts and permission misconfigurations. Earlier at KPMG, I completed 200+ permission misconfiguration remediations, onboarded 5+ applications by designing RBAC role hierarchies and automated provisioning workflows using REST API and DB Connector integrations, and supported access reviews across 1000+ user accounts with zero unresolved SoD conflicts post-review.
