I’m a customer advocate and Customer Service and Operations Manager with 7 years of experience handling high-volume inquiries, troubleshooting one-on-one, and improving service before customers even have to ask. I also manage Shopify, building workflows/automations for seamless customer interactions and feedback mechanisms. I’ve consistently driven growth through customer-facing and operational initiatives—leading email marketing with Shopify Email and Mailchimp, using Canva for digital campaigns, and improving team productivity with tools like Click Up and Zendesk. I supervise customer service and social media staff, track performance metrics, and improve satisfaction by tightening communication and process tracking. Earlier roles combined sales, customer support, and outreach: cold calling and complaint resolution at SOTERIA EYE CLINIC LTD, managing customer and social media sales at THE TRIPLETS STUDIO, and handling calls/chats/DMs while scaling social presence from zero to 3,000+ followers at DEMODAHAIR AND BEAUTY CO.
