I'm looking to contribute to process training or HR operations roles where I can strengthen onboarding, employee development, performance tracking, service quality, and team productivity also i am looking for bpo and bpm related openings as I have 5+ years experience in bpo sector and I am currently trainer in an BPO.
At Fives Digital Pvt Ltd, I've progressed from SME to Process Trainer, delivering process training for new hires and existing staff.
I develop training materials, manuals, and assessments, and coach teams to improve average handling time and customer satisfaction. I also track trainee progress, provide feedback, and maintain training records for compliance.
I've supported onboarding through induction sessions and new-hire assistance while collaborating with HR on training needs analysis, employee development, and engagement activities.
I bring hands-on BPO operations experience alongside HR operations strengths in workforce planning, team readiness, resource deployment, performance tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
