About

At Wipro, I built a copy-ready resolution-notes library and used case-data validation to select the right tags for cases that were resolved but not fixed. This cut handling time on my own cases from 3–4 minutes to 1–2 minutes. I also validated and tracked approximately 1,200–1,300 daily-case rows over 3–4 months, separating invalid cases from valid ones for accurate daily counts. I produced an end-of-shift report in a web-based Excel app and shared it with my team lead. At ASK Engineers, I performed root cause analysis on NCRs and found that approximately 80% of issues came from minor finishing defects. In a project, I cleaned and analyzed around 800 supplier and vendor NCR records, then created Pareto charts and a dashboard; I’m also working on a retail sales analytics pipeline using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
