At Digivance Solution, I manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment, from sourcing and initial screening through interview coordination, follow-ups, selection, and joining. I handle PAN India requirements for 10+ clients and coordinate with clients and the internal recruitment team. For BPO and customer support hiring, I delivered 30+ walk-in interviews in my first month against an expected target of 10. I also closed a recent BPO requirement with a selection/joining package of up to 15 LPA. I maintain candidate relationships through regular communication and follow-ups, and manage recruitment databases and reporting using MS Excel and Google Sheets. I also guide junior recruiters and train them on portals, screening, and client coordination. At Aasma Careers, I supported talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.
