I’m an operations and administrative support professional focused on process improvement, CRM management, and documentation control. I coordinate cross-functional workflows in high-demand environments, keeping schedules, tickets, and day-to-day operations moving smoothly. In my current role as a Laboratory Systems Management Analyst, I provide daily operational and technical support to healthcare professionals using a national information system. I manage user onboarding end-to-end, validate documents for system access, train teams to standardize processes, and act as the liaison between users and IT or external technology providers to resolve incidents and integration issues. Previously, I worked as a Commercial Analyst, where I prepared budgets and commercial proposals, coordinated client and supplier requirements, and supported procurement processes and public bidding submissions. I handled documentation and administrative processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment. Earlier, as a Scientific & Commercial Advisor, I built and maintained a B2B client portfolio, supported public bids, delivered product presentations, and helped resolve technical and operational issues by coordinating with internal teams. I also incorporate AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
