At Keystone Commerce (founder’s office, gig-workforce logistics), I took the Shadowfax and DTDC carrier API integrations from scoping to production with engineering - mapping workflows and edge cases, setting go-live criteria and driving UAT and release. I ran discovery and commercial talks with 6 logistics, mobility and fintech partners (Namma Yatri, Zypp, Pronto, Razorpay, Juspay, Cashfree), and built AI-first internal tools (Claude, SQL, Python, Apps Script) for attendance, finance reporting and courier-rate comparison that replaced manual processes. At KITS (Govt of Karnataka), I product-owned two government web platforms from requirements to delivery, integrating the KSDC back end and the state e-portal, and was core team for Elevate, Karnataka’s flagship startup program - designing its selection process and delivering the Top 100 showcase at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025. I co-founded Bio-D, taking a rice-straw nanocellulose packaging concept through customer discovery and go-to-market planning to Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2024 National Finalist. I placed 5th at the Grand Finals of the ASEAN-China-India Youth Leadership Summit (OSG Youth Alliance), Singapore 2023, representing India, and was an invited speaker at Taylor’s University and Sunway University, Malaysia (2024), on sustainability policy and leadership. At The Future Founders Co., I grew The India Sustainability Startathon and Future Talks Internship to 500+ students and 150+ global workshop participants.
