I'm looking for a full-time remote Senior/Staff engineering role where I can stay hands-on, influence product and technical decisions, and own solutions through production. I enjoy working with smart, collaborative people who challenge ideas openly, value honest feedback, and balance speed with quality. I'm particularly interested in SaaS, backend architecture, and AI-powered products. I'm a full-stack software engineer with over 15 years of experience building SaaS products, enterprise applications, and systems that solve complex business problems. My strongest technical background is in backend architecture and databases, but I enjoy working across the entire product, from the user interface to the infrastructure behind it. I've worked in different environments, from leading the development of business-critical ERP software to building e-commerce personalization tools and enterprise SaaS platforms. At Octane AI, I worked on Shopify quizzes, product recommendations, and personalization features that helped merchants improve conversion rates and average order value by double-digit percentages. More recently, at Arovy, I've been building Salesforce change-intelligence features and AI integrations, including an MCP server that lets external AI agents interact securely with enterprise data. I also build my own products, including workforce management, personal health and finance applications, and AI-powered communication tools. These projects give me the freedom to explore ideas and take responsibility for every part of a product. Throughout my career, I've remained hands-on while leading teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers. I also spent around 12 years teaching Computer Networks at university, which has influenced how I approach technical problems and share knowledge. What I enjoy most is understanding a problem, figuring out a practical solution with the people involved, and seeing it through to production. I value clear thinking, honest feedback, good engineering practices, and moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
