I lead Elysium Institute, where I deliver executive and business coaching, leadership training, productivity programs, and emotional management development grounded in Positive Psychology. Over the past eight years, I’ve supported leaders and organizations including Unilever, Banco Itaú, Itron, BRF, Coca-Cola, Honda, and MRV in building stronger careers, satisfaction, well-being, and business results. At BNI Brasil, I serve as an Executive and Business Coach for BNI Titanium, while my work with Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching included corporate training and customized performance and business-growth solutions. I’ve also led commercial intelligence and go-to-market projects at BRF, supervised sales teams for Procter & Gamble, and bring a practical commitment to helping leaders, teams, and family businesses prosper.
