I have experience in customer service and supporting daily business operations through my previous role at NextGen The Everything Store. My responsibilities included helping customers find products, organizing and restocking merchandise, and preparing purchases in a busy retail environment. In addition to my customer service experience, I manage monetized YouTube channels and create online content. I use YouTube Studio and analytics to monitor channel performance, understand audience trends, and improve content. This experience has strengthened my digital skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new tools independently. I am comfortable using computers, online platforms, Gmail, Google Workspace, and Zoom. I communicate effectively in English, learn quickly, and approach tasks with patience and a willingness to improve. I am seeking remote opportunities in customer service, administrative support, and data entry where I can contribute to a team, develop my professional skills, and build a long-term career.
