I've provided hardware, prototype creation, and 2D/3D design services through D3 Designhouse, helping corporations maximize marketplace impact and customer appeal. At Marquis Exhibits and Idea International, I worked as a 3D Designer. I also taught 3D modeling and animation principles at Neumont College of Computer Science, developing syllabi, grading work, and teaching daily lessons. My leadership background includes growing Seiha English Academy's Kyoto and Shiga region by more than 50% in staff and 30% in store locations. At the American Red Cross, I turned around an underperforming donor center and made it a regional leader within six months.
