Zaeem Arshad

I'm building full-stack web products and REST APIs across Python and .NET, with a focus on clean, maintainable code that supports real-world software. At Arcompsol, I built an end-to-end rental feature for Glorvia, adding configurable rental plans, deposits, and durations alongside the existing purchase flow. I integrated Stripe checkout, deposit holds, and webhook-driven fulfilment, and used PostHog A/B experiments to inform UX decisions. Previously at BinaryTech, I built a Python RAG chatbot over the Pakistan Penal Code using LangChain and FastAPI. I engineered retrieval pipelines and legal-PDF preprocessing, improving answer accuracy by 30% through semantic search and context-aware retrieval. My projects include RecruitPro, an AI recruitment system for job posting, resume screening, scheduling, and offer management, plus role-based restaurant management and clothing e-commerce platforms. I work with FastAPI, Django, React, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, and API integrations including Google Calendar, Meet, Gmail, and LinkedIn.
