At UIUX Hero, I evaluated complete product journeys against usability heuristics, from login and OTP through the home screen and profile. I paired each design change with a documented rationale.
In my Shubheccha App Redesign case study, I used personas, empathy maps, and user journey maps to understand user needs before redesigning the interface. I tested usability across five core screens and prepared developer-ready Figma files.
For Deadweight, I used AI-assisted research to surface a behavioral blind spot around forgotten subscriptions. I created a design system with 69 Figma variables and tokens and delivered five responsive screens.
As a freelance website and graphic designer on Upwork, I designed responsive websites and e-commerce stores using WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor Pro, and WPBakery. I also optimized load time to under two seconds and maintained client sites after launch.
