Zuleika Sierra

I've spent 15+ years turning operational challenges into organized, technology-driven solutions, most recently at Princeton Community Housing. I built tracking systems, automated enterprise device tasks, and redesigned workflows that reduced issue resolution time from about 12 months to 2 months. I'm AWS Certified and have deployed a live portfolio site using S3, CloudFront, IAM, bucket policies, and the AWS CLI. I'm continuing toward the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification while building my Python and SQL skills. My background also includes high-volume data processing, document database development, compliance reporting, software evaluation, and bilingual English/Spanish support. I enjoy translating technical and data insights into clear actions for non-technical teams.
