At ExpressScripts Canada Pharmacy, I support patients with specialty medications and coordinate with healthcare stakeholders. I help with medication access, reimbursement investigations, insurance adjudication, and patient support programs. I track patient inquiries and work toward timely resolutions, while coordinating prescription intake and follow-up with pharmacists, physicians, suppliers, and internal teams. I also maintain accurate case notes and pharmacy records while protecting confidential patient information. Previously, I supported specialty pharmacy production and prescription workflows at ExpressScripts Canada Pharmacy. My work included inventory receiving, expiry tracking, end-of-day reporting, and medication shipment coordination across Canada. At Shoppers DrugMart, I supported community pharmacy prescription workflows, patient inquiries, insurance billing, and inventory control. Earlier, as a Registered Pharmacist / Supervisor at WatsonsPersonal Care Stores Pharmacy, I counselled patients, reviewed prescriptions, and supervised pharmacy staff.
